Rental

Most of the facilities at the Bath Rod and Gun Club can be rented by members for family reunions, graduation parties and wedding receptions. The club has a fair program to discount rentals which is a little complicated to present here. If you are interested in renting one or more facilities, please call any club officer. Our pavilion might be just the place for a retirement party.

Rifle Range

Outdoor Rifle Range. We have a covered firing line with 20 firing points. The range is open to members 9:00 a.m. to dusk 5 days a week, except when there are events scheduled. There are sturdy portable benches that can be moved from the firing point for position shooters. All points can fire at 100, 150 and 200 yards. There are also portable frames that can be placed anywhere from 50 to 200 yards.

Indoor Range

Indoor Range is open on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. during the winter, during the summer pistol moves outside for Cowboy Action.

There are 10 firing points at 50 feet from the targets. The backstop is made of armor plate and the walls are filled with 3.5 inches of gravel. There are also baffles on the ceiling to prevent rounds from escaping thru the roof. The range is heated by both wood and oil and has a ventilation system to keep fumes and dust moving away from the shooters. This range is used for organized events and not random use by individual members. For additional information please contact Sterling Burdin.
